Key Responsibilities

RISE Logistics is seeking a highly motivated account coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing organizational systems, as well as interacting with customers. In this role you will be working closely with the sales team to communicate with customers and process/coordinate customer orders and logistics. This position is based in our Oakland, CA facility, and will be reporting to the VP of Sales. This role will require you to wear many hats, and requires comfort with the legal cannabis market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • First point of customer contact, including managing front desk and sales phone line
  • Order Processing & CRM Management
  • Develop document filing systems and other organizational SOPs
  • Act as a back-up POC for account managers who are unavailable, on vacation, or otherwise need assistance
  • Assist VP of sales

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong organizational and customer relations skills
  • Experience developing, documenting, and implementing systems
  • Process oriented, focused on continuous improvement
  • Self-starter, able to work independently as well as with teams
  • Comfortable and excited to work in a fast-paced and quickly evolving startup environment
